FAQ

1. Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No. Aqua CRM is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay quarter-to-quarter. If you cancel, you’ll not be billed again. Though we offer payment discounts if you choose to pay for more than a quarter.

2. Are there any setup fees?

No. We offer free setup that can be created online, without any credit card details. You only pay when you want to upgrade from Trail to paid version.

3. What types of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express and your favorite PayPal. At this time we only accept checks from our customer based in Malaysia and for other countries its only online.

4. Can I pay in my currency?

Currently for all our international customers we only accept payments in US dollars, though using PayPal you can pay in any currency of your choice, the current exchange rates will be charged. Thailand customers can pay using Thai Baht also.

5. How does the 30-day free trial work?

After going though the Aqua CRM features and screenshots, you can register for a free One Month Trial, without entering any credit card details. At the end of 30 days, if you want to cancel the subscription, you won’t be charged a thing.

6. Can I cancel anytime?

If you do choose to cancel your account anytime after the 30-day Free Trail is upgraded to Paid subscription, you will never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation. Refunds can not be issued and we don’t prorate for partial quarters.

7. Can I change plans at any time?

Yep. Simply logon to the Aqua CRM Customer Portal and click on My Subscription on your dashboard and you’ll see your options.

8. Why there’s no Trial for Enterprise edition?

The features of Enterprise edition are same as Professional edition, so for evaluation you can create the trial for Professional edition and for upgrade to Enterprise, contact Aqua CRM Sales.
