Instructor-Led Learning Sessions

Thai CRM Instructor-led courses provide optimal learning conditions for subject matter that features extensive student-teacher interaction and include Seminars and Workshops. Seminars include product demonstrations and Q&A. Workshops are for advanced topics and include a combination of lectures, application demonstrations, and hands-on exercises. Thai CRM courses are taught by Trained Thai CRM trainers, who are certified by Thai CRM to teach these courses. Courses are taught both online and in an in-person classroom setting.

Free Pubic Workshops*

Thai CRM organizes Public Workshops, free of charge or with minimal to cover refreshment expenses, along with industry partners. These half day workshops cover the basics of Customer Relationship Management and an overview of Thai CRM.
